Schoenfelder Renovations completed a villa-wide renovation at Marriott’s Heritage Club, a Marriott Vacation Club resort located within Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, steps from Harbour Town and its landmark lighthouse. The project covered all 30 two-bedroom villas at the property, each roughly 1,465 square feet with full kitchens, private balconies, and separate living and dining areas. Work began with a complete interior refresh: new carpet and luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout, and fresh paint across every villa, the foundation that resets the look and feel of a residence owners return to year after year.
Beyond the interiors, Schoenfelder Renovations replaced windows and entry doors across all 30 villas, upgrading the building envelope for durability and energy performance in a coastal environment. Kitchen sinks and faucets were replaced to modernize the villas’ full kitchens, and new shower doors were installed to update the bathrooms. The project closed with complete FF&E installation, delivering finished, move-in-ready villas. With the scope confined to the villas, the resort’s amenities and common areas remained fully open, and work was phased in so that Marriott’s Heritage Club continued to welcome owners and guests throughout construction.
